New Acas advice on hybrid working

Acas has published new advice to help employers consider whether hybrid working could be an option for their workplace and how to introduce it fairly. Hybrid working is where staff split their time between working remotely and in their employer’s workplace. The advice includes tips for employers on how to consult with staff to discuss practical considerations, create a hybrid working policy and handle staff requests for hybrid working.
