Social enterprises more resilient than private sector

Social enterprises were more likely to have achieved higher turnover and less likely to have lost money during the Covid-19 crisis compared with small private sector firms. This is according to a report by Social Enterprise UK, which revealed that 44% of social enterprises reported an increase in turnover compared to 18% of private sector firms.
